The Padres have moved up Saturday’s celebration of life for late chairman and proprietor Peter Seidler by two hours on account of weekend rain.

In addition they have canceled Sunday’s deliberate FanFest and softball recreation with a gusty and moist storm predicted.

The celebration of Seidler’s life now will start at 11 a.m. Saturday at Petco Park with the Residence Plate Gate opening at 10 a.m.

Seating can be accessible on a first-come, first-served foundation.

Parking is free and accessible in neighboring Padres-controlled tons, together with the Lexus Premier and Tailgate tons and Padres Parkade. The ceremony may also be livestreamed.

Seidler died Nov. 14 on the age of 63.
