Tony and Juan get solutions to those questions from two of the area’s main housing advocates, Lori Pfeiler and Hannah Gbeh, on this episode of Expensive San Diego.

Lori is CEO of San Diego County Constructing Business Affiliation, and Hannah is the group’s vp of presidency affairs.

Lori turned some heads when she was named CEO of the BIA in 2021. She turned extra heads when she employed Hannah because the BIA’s outreach to authorities.

The duo lead a venerable group dedicated to constructing properties for all San Diegans, unwinding many years of dangerous housing insurance policies, advocating for fewer rules and extra housing (particularly center earnings housing our area desperately wants), and supporting candidates and politicians who assist the BIA’s mission.
