A big web site on El Cajon Boulevard close to San Diego State that’s slated for growth has been bought for $1.75 million to a restricted partnership, an actual property agency has introduced.
CBRE’s Ramin Salehi, Joe Smith and John Smith represented the client within the transaction. Aaron Bove of Marcus & Millichap represented the vendor, Zamani Belief.
“The deal is a uncommon alternative for our consumer to develop a property in a high-density space,” stated Salehi.
The 14,000 square-foot web site, south of SDSU, shall be redeveloped into multi-family housing.
The location is within the 6500 block of El Cajon Boulevard close to eating and retail locations.
