Now a frontrunner on San Diego’s metropolis council, Monica Montgomery Steppe says she’s prepared to steer the county with expertise.

Montgomery Steppe is working within the carefully watched race for a seat on the San Diego County Board of Supervisors in District 4, which opened up for particular election after former supervisor Nathan Fletcher resigned amid sexual assault allegations.
