The Padres have landed 5 of their prospects among the many Prime 100 within the Main Leagues, together with extremely touted younger catcher Ethan Salas.

Salas, who will flip 18 in June, leads the record, ranked because the staff’s prime prospect and No. 8 in baseball, adopted by shortstop Jackson Merrill at No. 12.

The others are pitchers – Robby Snelling at No. 26, Dylan Lesko at No. 56 and Drew Thorpe at No. 85.
